11 czerwca 2025 r. siedzibę Rekordu SI i Centrum Sportu Rekord odwiedzili naukowcy z Uniwersytetu w Algarve, Uniwersytetu Studiów Bibliotecznych i Technologii Informatycznych w Sofii, Kijowskiego Uniwersytetu Narodowego im. Tarasa Szewczenki oraz Uniwersytetu Bielsko-Bialskiego. Wizyta badaczy z dziedziny informatyki była częścią projektu „The transferable training model - the best choice for training IT business leaders” realizowanego w ramach programu Erasmus+
i TransLeader.
Goście zapoznali się z profilem naszej firmy, jej misją oraz działalnością. Pracownicy Rekordu SI zapoznali naukowców
z wyzwaniami technologicznymi związanymi ze sztuczną inteligencją, kwestiami kompetencji wymaganych na polskim rynku IT, relacji biznesu ze szkolnictwem wyższym, a także społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu. Następnie udaliśmy się do Centrum Sportu Rekord, gdzie goście zobaczyli budowę hali sportowej, a także budynki centrum szkoleniowego i szkoły mistrzostwa sportowego.
Wizytujący zainteresowani byli m.in. technologiami używanymi w firmie, wymaganiami wobec absolwentów kierunków informatycznych, a także modelem kształcenia w Szkole Mistrzostwa Sportowego Rekord. Wizyta pozwoliła wymienić informacje z zakresu aktualnych trendów na rynku IT, a także porównać doświadczenia specjalistów z czterech państw. Goście zobaczyli, jak Grupa Rekord działa na rzecz lokalnej społeczności w obszarze biznesu, wychowania fizycznego
i relacji z władzami samorządowymi.
On June 11, 2025, the headquarters of Rekord SI and the Rekord Sports Center were visited by scientists from the University of the Algarve, the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies in Sofia, the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the University of Bielsko-Biała. The visit of computer science researchers was part of the project "Transferable Training Model - the best choice for training IT business leaders" released under the Erasmus+ and TransLeader programs.
Our guests found out company profile, its mission and activities. Rekord SI members talked about AI-related technological challenges, soft and hard competences required on the Polish IT market, the relationship between business and education and corporate social responsibility. Afterwards we went to the Rekord Sports Center to show the building process of the sports hall, as well as the training center and the sports championship school.
Visitors were interested in technologies used in the company, qualifications required for future employees and the education model at the Rekord Sports Championship School. Thanks to the visit guests got to know about current trends in the IT market, as well compared professional experience from four countries. Guests found out how the Rekord Group works for the local community in the areas of business, physical education and relations with local government authorities.
